The purpose of this study is to investigate the type variety and growing period of suitable plants at the farmland of Taoyuan area, and to provide the benefit analyses for water resources and economics of different plants. It is to give irrigation requirement and planning of planting areas. It is then expected to bring water and soil resources into full benefits and to promote sustainable development for agriculture in Taiwan.
