摘要

本計畫研究區域包括觀音溪、富林溪、保障溪、崙子坪(排水)幹線、塔腳(排水 )支線、塔腳(排水)支線A、武威溝支線及草漯溪等河系，河系與沿線河水堰組成一灌溉兼排水系統。本計畫進行河水堰各項基本資料現況調查，並對其安全性及功能作整體性分析檢討評估，促使尚未申請水權登記的河水堰辦理登記；並加強河水堰查詢作業系統之擴充性，開發網路版資料庫查詢系統，提供水利會河水堰相關資料查詢、更新、新增及灌區水文資訊，以提升資訊之流通率與實用性。

Abstract

The plan studies the region including the Kuan -Yin brook, the Fu-Lin brook,the Pao-Chang brook, which is for both drainage and irrigation, but also the branches, the Lun-Tzu-Ping branch, the Ta-Chiao branch, the Ta-Chiao branch(A), the Wu-Wei-Kou branch, the Taso-Ta creek.The purpose of this research program are to re-investigate the diversion weirs, to evaluate the safety and functions of these weirs and to construct a database management system for regular usage and maintenance. The graphical user interface of this system provides data query and graphical display for users.
