摘要

本研究以桃園大圳及其二支線為例，研擬以自動測報系統為工具之灌溉管理與排洪防災之操作模式。導入系統動力模式，建置二支線系統之灌溉管理模式與桃園大圳排洪防災之管理模式。本研究並檢討現行雨量、貯水池水位、大圳監控等三大類自動測報系統建置成果，並訪談相關承辦人員及管理人員，評估各項測報系統之效益，檢討未來改善補強之處。

Abstract

This study is building operation models for irrigation management and flood retarding for the Main Canal and 2nd branch irrigation system.We also review the rainfall gauage system, water atage gauge system in the pools and remote control system in the Main Canal. By interviewing the managers and operators,estimate the benefit for each system, and propose the improvement for each system.
