- 灌溉管理自動化設施之研發,第一年為系統界面之研發,確立了自動化系統之標準界面為RS-232C,並以"ASCII Code"加上CRCl6檢查碼為其通訊協定;第二年,則依擬定之標準界面及通訊協定,應用於自動化模擬系統(電信網路型),再與桃園大圳五支線既設遙測系統連線,經長期之驗證及修正,兩套不同廠家之系統,其所傳送之數據均正確無誤,由此可知,以標準界面及通訊協定之規範與格式配合自動化系統運作,在技術上已可解決不同系統在連線上之瓶頸。為使日後新設之自動化系統具有共通性及一致性,在工程設計時,訂定系統標準界面及通訊協定之規範與格式,建立自動化系統之標準化,對系統之維護管理可收事半功倍之效。茲將本報告之重點摘要說明如下1.自動化模擬系統之建立;依水利會多年來的使用經驗及國內電信自由化、民營化之政策,自動化控制系統之型態以電信網路為佳。2.本計畫建立之模擬系統經與桃園大圳既設系統連線測試,證明本系統所使用之"標準界面"及"通訊協定"可適用於水利自動化管理系統並應予以推展。3.自動化系統硬體規範依現場測站+支線管理站+中央管理站三個層次,擬定其設備規範、系統功能可作為日後新設系統之參考,俾使水利會施設之系統保持一致性。4.就目前水利自動化設施,電腦自動化管理輸配水已漸具雛形,但更要使該事業更加完美而廣為農田水利服務,則必須再努力下列諸項: A.設備功能標準化。B.自動化管理人員之定期訓練與交流。C.系統長期維護之執行(建立維護記錄、檔案)。
- Abstract
- The study and development of the automation facilities for the irrigation management for the first year was the system interface, established the standard interface for the automation system was RS-232C, and use "ASCII Code" plus CRC 16 check code as its correspondent agreement; then on the second year, based on the planned standard interface and correspondent agreement, applied it into the automatized simulation system (telephone network type) , then, again connect the remote measuring system which was constructed in the fifth lateral of the Tao-Yuan main canal. After a long term check and amendment, the two sets of system built up by two different maker and the transmitted value was found all correct. It is known from this fact that if operation was done with the standard interface and the specification and format of correspondent agreement match with the automatized system, technically it can solve the bottleneck of the two different system in connective application. In order to let future newly provided automatized system has a common property and consistency, when a new project is to be designed, specify the specification and format of standard interface of the system and communication agreement, so as to standardize the automation system, which will result in half the work double the result for the system maintenance management. Herewith digest the nutshell of the report and explain as follows:1.According to the applied experience of irrigation association for long years and according to the inland telegram liberalization and privatization enterprise policy, establishment of automatized module system is better to use telegram network type automatized control system.2.After having been connected with the existing system of the Tao-Yuan Main canal and tested, the module system established in this plan was proved that the "standard interface" and the "communication agreement" used in this system was found to be applicable to the automatized management system of the irrigation association and thus shall be propagated.3.The automatized system hardware specification shall draft its provisional specification by three(3) orderly arrangement according to site stationaLateral management stationacentral management station, and the function of system may become reference for new system of future, so as to correspond with the facility system of irrigation association.4.As to the automatized facilities of the irrigation association, computerized automation management on water converyance and distribution is at present gradually providing a miniature form. However, if to expedite this enterprise to be more perfect and widely serve for the agricultural irrigation, it shall make more efforts on following matters:A. Standardization of the function of provisions.B. Fixed term training of automatized management staff and interchange of knowledge.C. Execution of long term maintenance of system (establish the maintenance record, file,etc.)
