- 本計畫的主要目的是對新屋溪河系的河水堰作現況調查及建立一套基本資料庫管理系統。本區河水堰設置至今,由於多年使用及周遭環境變遷,舊有資料常有缺失或與現況不符之現象,造成使用與管理上之困擾。為便於日常之操作、維護及水權管理,需重新調查及建立一完整之河水堰基本資料庫,而且更有必要對其安全性及功能作整體性檢討,以確保各河水堰安全無慮及整體灌溉系統功能之完整。
新屋溪河系之河水堰經調查共有28座,堰體狀況大部分皆十分良好,就水質而言,情況大致良好,惟重金屬之鉛、鋅濃度偏高,值得注意。從水理分析結果可發現,新屋溪中游與上游之河水堰皆容易淹水,建議予以重新規劃。
- Abstract
- The water supply for irrigation in the Shin-Wu drainage is mainly based on diversion weirs, which are managed by the Tao-Yuan irrigation association. However, the weirs have been used for many years and surrounding environmental has tremendously changed. The fundamental data is mostly lacking and outdated. Therefore, it is difficult to be operated and managed for the irrigation association. The main purpose of this research program is to survey the diversion weirs and construct a database system. As a result, it shall achieve a sustainable use of water in this river.
There are twenty-eight diversion weirs in the Shin-Wu River. The diversion weirs are inspected and the results show most of them are in good conditions. In general, the water quality is acceptable, however, the concentrations of heavy mental of zinc and lead are highly. The hydrological analysis reveals that the area of Shin-Wu River, except the downstream, is easily inundated, due to the block of diversion weirs. Thus, the diversion weirs should be replaned.
