摘要

「桃園大圳幹線直接取水灌溉系統之研究(第二期)」計畫(以下簡稱本計畫)，主要目標為大圳幹線直接灌溉系統方案研擬及中壢交流道至光復圳進水虹吸工間之直接灌溉系統細部設計。根據本研究計畫之各項資料及經多方面詳細討論後，報告則採用「管路平行水路系統之改善方案及管理方式」，進行中壢交流道至光復圳進水虹吸工間作細部設計，經實際計算結果，本計畫須花費新台幣陸仟零壹拾捌萬元正方可執行，施工完成後，可利用現代化設施 - 遙控、遙測等各項設備，及採用科學化管理方式，充分掌握水資源調配，減少水資源不必要之浪費，並充分節省人力資源。

Abstract

The main objective of the project entitled "study on the Direct Diversion Irrigation Systems for" Tao-Yuan Irrigation main Canals (StageⅡ) "(hereunder called "this project") is a plan study ?.to directly intake/divert water from the Tao-Yuan main canal, and ?.the detailed design for directly diverting water from a section of irrigation system situated between the Chuang-Li Freeway and the siphon intake of Kuang-fu Canal. Based on the various data of this study/project and after detailed discussion on many aspects, having been made, he report was concluded to adopt "the improvement plan of using a pipeline parallelly running along the canal system and together with its management method". Then the detailed design for the section between the Chung-Li Freeway and the siphon intake of kuang-fu canal was proceeded. Based on estimate, this project has to spend NT＄60,180,000 for execution. After completion of this project, modernized facilities--remote control, remote measurement, etc., various kinds of equipments can be utilized, besides by adopting scientific management method, it can fully seize the water source for arrangement, thus reduce the unnecessary waste, and completely save the manpower resources.
