摘要

本研究調查規劃範圍，橫跨包括桃園縣二個縣轄市及十一個鄉鎮等行政轄區:亦即桃園市、復興、中壢、八德、龜山、大園、龍潭、平鎮、新屋、觀音、大溪、楊梅、蘆竹，乃至於新竹縣之新豐等，十四個鄉鎮市中，共有286口貯水池，以此作為桃園縣全面推動灌區貯水池發展農村休閒活動計畫實施之依據。規劃調查之工作內容本規劃調查之內容。目的在提供完整之發展構想，以為桃園縣灌區內發展休閒農業時實施計畫之參考藍本．因此針對其內容應包括如下之各項說明:一、農村休閒活動資源調查:詳細調查桃園農田水利會，桃園縣灌區內貯水池可供發展農村休閒活動之各項資源、包括自然、人文、生產、交通及觀光遊憩等。二、農村休閒活動發展可行性評估:分析發展農村休閒活動之潛力、限制條件、特色及農民意願等，以評估桃園灌區貯水池發展農村休 閒活動之可行性。三、研擬農村休閒活動發展方向:研擬桃園灌區貯水池發展休閒農業 之基本方針、基本構想及擬訂基本計畫。四、擬訂農村休閒活動實施計畫:評選桃園灌區貯水池發展休閒農業之重點地區，並從事第一優先重點發展地區之綱要計畫及細部計畫之規劃。五、擬訂農村休閒活動發展之配合措施:研擬桃園灌區貯水池發展農村休閒活動推動及實施之體系及其應有之配合措施。

Abstract

The planning area contains different administrative locations including two cities and eleven townships or villages of Tau-Yuan County. 1.This project is to achieve an integrated planning to develop the leisure activities by using the reservoir ponds of Tau-Yuan County. Under the instructions of related plans and policies, the multiple-uses and development of reservoir pond can be completed as consultation to Government of Tau-Yuan County.2.This project, according to the natural and cultural resources of individual pond, is to implement the guideline plan about the proper direction and arrangement for future development.3.This project is to analyze the potential and limitation in developing reservoir pond for leisure activities in order to provide different alternatives for rural plan.4.This project is to suggest the leisure development for those reservoir ponds full of potential.
