- 1.現有自動化系統之使用狀況經檢討分析得知系統最脆弱之部份以"水位計及傳訊器"為最多,其次為"電源"部份,再其次為"電話板"部份,就整個系統而言,極大多數(約30%)之故障點均是經過"訊號線"或"電源線"引入;是故為提高系統的穩定度"訊號源"及"電源"的安全防護設備須特別加強。
2.本計畫研擬之界面標準化規範如下(1)水位、流量測點 - 遙測(控)站間之界面:以FSK型式或以恆流源4-20mA.(2)遙測(控)站 - 主控中心站間之界面:以RS-232C為標準界面,透過電信局之電話專線,兩端再以數據機(MODEM)之RS-232C接口作指令與資料傳輸,並以"ASCII Code"加上CRC-l6檢查碼為其通訊協定。(3)遙測(控)站或主控中心站內部週邊之界面:以RS-232為其資料傳輸界面。3.自動化系統,如因不同廠家承造,其系統之連線,宜以本計畫所研擬之界面規範及通訊協定施工,俾使系統保持一致性。
- Abstract
- 1.At present, after the application status of the automation system having been checked,analysed and studied, the most weak portion w84-202-4s found to be the water level gauge and transmitter portion. The next weak portion was the pouler source portion, then followed by the telephone board portion. Speaking on whole system, most of the trouble (about 30%) is passing thru the "signal line" or "power line":therefore, in order to raise up the stability of a system, the safe protection devices of the "signal line" and the "power source" shall be specially strengthened. 2.The standerdized specification on the interface of which having been studied under this project is as follows:(1).Interface between the water level-discharge measuring point and the remote measuring (or control) station:Use FSD type or use permanent flowing source 4-20mA .(2).Interface between the remote measuring (control) station and the MCC station:Use RS-232C as the standard interface, thru the special telephone line of telephone office, and both ends connect with RS-232C MODEM to tranfer assignment and data. besides, attach a "ASCH Code" with CRC-16 check code for its communication agreement. (3).The peripheral interface inside the remote measuring (control) station or the MCC station:Use RS-232 as for its data communication interface. 3.Automation of system, if the parts are mode by different makers, the connection of system had better be built/constructed according to the interface specification and the communication agreement, so as to keep the systems accord with each other.
