摘要

[台灣農田水利數位博物館網站-中文版]已於九十年五月正式完成，放置於桃園農田發展基金會網站中之數位博物館(網址:http://taoyuan,randdf.com/digimuseum/)。 為促使本計畫所建立的數位化博物館更具有典藏運用價值，及推廣的普及性，本年度依中文版之架構及內容，製作完成英文版之網頁，提供國際人士觀賞及瀏覽，另外並針對中文版網站進行內容之更新及增建各水利會灌排系統示意圖與網站內容全文檢索功能。 [台灣農田水利數位博物館網站-英文版]亦包含農田水利展示區與農場機具展示區兩個展示區，計有農田水利史料館、農田水利水源館、農田水利渠圳館、農田水利器具館、整地播植器具館、中耕防害器具館、收穫搬運器具館、儲藏加工器具館、生活習俗器具館等九個展示館。

Abstract

A Digital Museum for Agricultural Irrigation in Taiwan - Chinese edition hadfinished in May 2001, and was implemented on the web site of TAOYUAN Irrigation Research & Development Foundation. The address of this digital museum is http://taoyuan.randdf.com/digimuseum/. To enhance the value of manipulation of collections and popularity of the digital museum, this project implemented the English edition web pages in accordance with the structure of the Chinese edition web site. Furthermore, the Chinese edition digital museum was renewed and added the conceptual diagrams of irrigation systems for every Irrigation Association in Taiwan. This project also implemented a function of full text search for the digital museum. This English edition digital museum includes two flattened regions: Agricultural Irrigation Region and Farm Tools Region. The Agricultural Irrigation Region has four exhibition halls: Agricultural Irrigation Historiography, Water Resources for Agricultural Irrigation, Agricultural Irrigation Canals ,and Agricultural Irrigation Tools. The Farm Tools Region has five exhibition halls :Soil Preparation Tools, Precaution Tools for Cultivation, Harvest and Transit Tools, Store and Manufacture Tools, and Livelihood and Convention Tools.
