摘要

本計畫主要目的針老街溪河系的河水堰做現況調查及建立一套基本資料庫管理系統．本區河水堰設置至今，由於多年使用及周遭環境變遷，舊有資料常有缺失或與現況不符之現象，造成使用與管理上之困擾．為便於日常之操作、維護及管理,需重新調查及建立一完整之河水堰基本資料庫，而且更有必要對其安全性及功能做整體性檢討，以確保各河水堰安全無慮及整體灌溉系統功能之完整。從水理分析結果顯示，老街溪支流田心子溪與洽溪中上游之河水堰較易發生淹水情況，建議規劃改善防洪設施，並加強河川整治與管理。

Abstract

The water supply for irrigation in the Lao-Chieh drainage is mainly based on diversion weirs, witch are managed by the Lao-Chieh irrigation association.However ,the weirs have been used for many years and surrounding environmental has tremendously changed. The fundamental data is mostly lacking and outdated Therefore, it is difficult to be operated and managed for the irrigation association.The main pupose of this research program is to survry the divrtsion weirs and construct a database system.As a result, it shall achieve a sustainable use of water in this river.The diversion weirs are inspected and the results show most of them are in good conditions.The hydrological analysis reveals that the area of Tien-Hsin-Tzu Creek and Chia Creek,except the downstream ,is easily inundated, due to the block of diversion weirs. Thus, the diversion weirs should be replanted.
