本研究係藉由國際農業科技合作計畫，透過IWMI在國際上是一個於水資源管理及灌溉管理領域，居領導地位的國際性機構，收集國外農業灌溉用水調度使用案例，加以彙整後，與國內案例，進行比較、探討與分析。

Abstract

By sharing the international experiences and knowlesge in agriculture water transfer, the project was to collaborate with the International Water Management Institute (IWMI) in collection and analysis of water users’date, including water quantity,transfer methods, and payments for water transferred from agriculture to order sectors both in Taiwan and internationally.
