摘要

本計畫之目的為開發水利會會員資料管理及選舉作業子系統、休耕查核子系統及灌排受益變更等三個子系統及系統所使用之相關資料庫。另外本計畫所開發之子系統將與水利會現所使用之灌溉管理GIS系統整合在同一入口平台上，使水利會日常之會員資料維護、灌排受益變更及休耕查核等業務，皆能夠與GIS系統使用共同之資料庫，並利用GIS系統整合各圖籍資料之優勢，使水利會之業務管理更加順暢，進而達到資源分享之目標。

Abstract

The purposes of the project were to develop the IA-member management and elsction sub-system, land set-aside checking sub-system, and the beneficiary change sub-system. The developed sub-systems will integrated with the irrigation management geographic information system on the same platform, so that the data maintenance, checking, and beneficiary change can share the same database and the same map layers,and thus the management tasks can be more smooth and cost-effective.
