- 本計畫是對湖口工作站所轄約三十八座河水堰作現況調查及建立一套基本資料庫管理系統。灌區內的河系以崁頭溪(新庄子)河系為主，然本區河水堰設置至今，經多年使用及周遭環境變遷，舊有基本資料常有缺失或與現況不符之現象發生，造成使用及管理上之困擾，因此為便於日常之操作、管理維護及水權管理，需重新調查及建立一完整之河水堰基本資料庫，而且更有必要對其安全性及功能作整體性檢討，以確保各河水堰安全無慮及整體灌溉系統功能完整。二計畫工作內容1.基本資料調查、2.河床地質鑽探調查、3.河川水質調查、4.河流縱斷面測量及河水堰橫斷面測量、5.堰體現況調查評估、6水文及水理分析、7.基本資料建檔、8.報告撰寫。
- Abstract
- The diversion weirs operated by the Tao-Yuan Irrigation Association play an important role in the irrigation system of the Tao-Yuan County, Taiwan. The environment of the irrigation system has drastically changed since the diversion weirs completed several decades ago. The data collected is out of date or absent, consequently the operation and management of the irrigation system become difficult. This study collected the necessary data of the diversion weirs and built a database. The result shows that the database can enhance the irrigation system that a sustainable use of water is possible.
