摘要

本研究之目的係以桃園水利會所轄屬之灌渠(繞行或穿越都市範圍者)，進行都市排水路與灌溉渠道共用現況調查，進一步檢討與分析其淹水之原因與可能性，再擇一情況較嚴重之地區進行整體規劃，並提出都市排水路與灌溉渠道分離之可行性方案，亦以提供研究區域如何解決所發生之相關水利問題。

Abstract

This research is aimed at investigating the co-use of the irrigation channel, governed by Taoyuan Irrigation Association(TIS), and further analyzing the possible causes for the city's recent flooding problems. After this, this research would like to propose a feasible plan for separating the drainage and the irrigation systems to eventually solve their hydraulic problems. The irrigation area governed by TIS can be divided into four areas according to their channel systems: Taoyuan, Hooko, Dashi and Shinhai. The total area is 25,983 hectares. The crops cultivated in these irrigation areas, mostly paddy rice, account for 95% of the whole cultivation area.
