摘要

本研究計畫工作地區在於桃園縣境內社子溪河系上的三十五座河水堰。社子溪發源於桃園縣楊梅鎮與龍潭鄉、新竹縣新埔鎮交界處標高約300公尺的山區，桃園農田水利會在此溪上設置了許多座河水堰作為引水灌溉用，然本區河水堪設置至今，經多年使用及周遭環境變遷，舊有基本資料常有缺失或與現況不符之現象發生，造成使用及管理上之困擾，因此為便於日常之操作、管理維護及水權管理，需重新調查及建立一完整之河水堰基本資料庫，而且更有必要對其安全性及功能伸整體性檢討，以確保各河水堰安全無慮及整體灌溉系統功能完整。計畫工作內容：1.基本資料調查，2.河川水質調查，3.河流縱斷面測量及河水堰橫斷面測量，4.河水堰現況調查與評估，5.水文及水理分析，6.基本資料建檔，7.報告撰寫。計畫目標：(1)藉由對本區河水堰各項基本資料之重新調查，建構完整正確之各河水堰的基本資料庫。(2)結合現有及調查之相關資料(工程、水質、地質、地籍)，應用電腦程式語言，撰寫資料庫查詢系統，隨時提供相關資料，以便於 操作、維護、管理或研究。(3)以水文頻率分析、河道水理演算，檢討河水堰之防洪功能與安全性，以瞭解河水堰對區域防洪之影響。(4)現場調查、現況描述及非破壞性安全檢測，對河水堰堰體結構做 安全評估。(5)河水堰地形測量調查，提供堰體附近相關之工程基本資料。(6)由簡易之水質檢驗，評估各水源之水質現況，做為水源調度之參考。

Abstract

The diversion weirs on the Shetzu Creek operated by the Tao-Yuan Irrigation Association are important hydraulic structure for irrigation purpose. The environment of the irrigation system has drastically changed since the diversion weirs completed several decades. The data collected is out of date or absent, consequently the operation and management of the irrigation system become difficult. The main purpose of this study is to collect the necessary data of the diversion weirs and to build a database. The result shows that the database can enhance the irrigation system that a sustainable use of water is possible. Objectives：1Collect the basic data of the drainage area of the Shetzu Creek. 2.Analyze the water quality of the Shetzu Creek.3.Survey cross sections of the diversion weirs and channels. 4.Inspect the diversion weirs. 5.Analyze the hydrology system of Shetzu Creek. 6.Construct a diversion weir database.
