摘要

提升景觀品質向為關心環境發展者的努力目標，尤其是一些先進的國家更是以建立優良景觀為施政的要務之一。近年來國際間在高呼重視本土景觀資源及環境保有的同時，已逐漸發展出用於處理景觀的理念，意即是綠道(greenway)的概念。此概念具有多目標的特性，範圍涵蓋了野生物棲息地的需求、防洪、淨化水質、教育、文化保護及其他社會發展的必要基礎結構，不但可增加景觀的美值，更可提供遊憩的功能。以桃園農田水利會桃園灌區所轄之貯水池為基礎。若加上與其貫連的灌排渠道，將具有基礎綠道的架構。在不妨礙水路輸水功能及水工構造物安全的大原則下，提出規畫原則及作法。

Abstract

To increase the aesthetic quality of landscape is the goal which planners are searching for. In the developed countries, building up a good landscape is the main policy of government. The concept of“greenway” spread widely in dealing with the landscape of nature, especially in the high esteem of native landscape resource and environmental conservation. The character of the concept is with multi-goals. Habitat of wildlife, flood control, purifier of water, education, protection of culture, basic foundation of social development, reform of landscape and recreation are the function of the development of greenway. There are 286 ponds and their surrounding channels under the control of Tao-Yuan Irrigation Association. It will be a good frame for the development of greenway. Based on the frame and the concept of greenway, some suggestions are given for the greenway development。
